Welcome to beautiful Skåne !

Smedsgarden (Blacksmith´s Homestead) is situated in the little village of Viakop
which lies between Hoganas and Angelholm.
The homestead is made up of 2 properties and has a large garden (4500 sq.m)
bodering woodland and fields.

Home No 1 - Owners Residence.
Home No 2 - The Guest House.

Description of Guest House.

Traditional Skane House - area 100 sq.m

Ground Floor:
Large Living Room - 30 sq.m
with 40in flat screen TV (50 channels)

Spacious Kitchen with Oven - Dishwasher - Fridge - Freezer - Microwave oven -
Toaster - Coffee-maker etc...

Bathroom with WC, wash basin and shower.
2 smaller rooms which can be used for recreational purposes.

1st Floor:
Bedroom No 1 with double bed.
Bedroom No 2 with 1 single bed.
Bedroom No 3 with 2 single beds.
Bathroom with WC and wash basin.

Free WiFi is included.

Maximum No of Occupants 5.

Non Smoking.

Outside:
The Guest House has it´s own private garden (700 sq.m) and 2 sets of garden
furniture, one placed facing south and the other facing west.

A barbecue set is also provided.
Guests can feel free to use the entire garden area of Smedsgarden.

Activities:
Beaches - numerous beaches - nearest one Farhults beach - 2,5 km.
Shopping - Vala mall (Helsingborg) Outlets (Hoganas) Emporia mall (Malmo) etc.

Golf - many golf courses: St:Arild, Molle Golfklubb etc...

Nature Reserve: Svedbergakulle and Kullaberg.

Horse Riding - Nature Trails, Farm Shops.

Daytrips to Copenhagen, Helsingor etc...

Rates:
SEK 7800/week 20st June - 20th August

Changeover Day:Saturday
Saturday: Arrival after 15:00
Saturday: Departure by 11:00

At time of booking a deposit of 20% is required
Balance payable 6 weeks prior to holiday.
