Your Sea Dream - Fantastic waterfront property

This stunning waterfront property is located on the tip of a cape on Runmarö in the Stockholm archipelago and has a fantastic view to the east, south and west. It consists of a number of houses that are rented all together.
All houses are well maintained and tastefully decorated to a high standard. They have running hot / cold water (except the little Swedish cottage with only cold water) , electricity and WiFi in the big house . Bed linen and towels are included.

The main house is designed and built in a Swedish old style. The ground floor has an integrated living room with fireplace / dining / kitchen and a WC. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms for 4-7 people, a bathroom incl. WC and a walk-in closet. Close by to the main house the owner has a another house that is not included in the rent (the owner will not stay there during your stay).
30 meters from the main house, a bit hidden in the pine forest but with stunning water views, you find a small Swedish cottage for 2-3 people with a small kitchenette. WC is in the main house.
Finally, approx. 50 meters from the main house, on a small hill, an Orangery with comfortable kitchen with fridge / freezer , stove and dishwasher , large dining table for 16 people and a pleasant living room with fireplace. This building impresses with its modern architecture , amazing ceilings, large windows and a large terrace with a seating area and barbecue overlooking the sunset every evening.
Additionally there is a bathhouse at the cape with a large jetty where you will find a sauna with shower, a relaxation area, a small kitchenette and terrace with outdoor furniture. The jetty has a ladder for going into the water for swimming. The sea view from the bathhouse and jetty is beautiful.

The entire site has a size of 12000 square meters. It consists of a large garden with lawns to relax in, fruit trees, pine forest, 3 jettys, several terraces with outdoor furniture, a small sandy beach with shallow water and rocks to swim from. The shore has a total of approx. 450 meters to enjoy.

For holiday guests, there is a rowboat, 2 kayaks and several bicycles available (in varying size and condition).

Directions:
There is a very good public transport by bus (or car) from central Stockholm to Stavsnäs Vinterhamn . It takes about 1 hour. From here goes Waxholmsbolagets passenger ferry directly to the Styrsvik jetty (a 5 minutes trip). From the Styrsvik jetty it is an approx. 500 meters walk to the property. There is also the opportunity to take a boat taxi directly to the private jetty.
Runmarö is one of Stockholm archipelagos larger islands located just on the border of the outer archipelago. The island is among other things known for its orchids, butterflies, and its many lakes. It has a permanent population of about 300 people, with a small but well equipped supermarket year round, school and chapel. In the summer the population grows to around three thousand people, but since the island is quite big the number people will not feel crowded. The regular tour traffic by Waxholmsbolaget goes to the Runmarö island all year around.
