This lovely townhouse with five rooms of 134m² is centrally located on Vaxön near most things. Why not go for an evening swim or fish by the boat jetty 150 metres from the house, or spend the day at one of several swimming spots in the area.

The area faces the water and there are lots of grass plots. The house is situated on a smaller plot with a patio in front and the back of the house. At the back there is also a trampoline, access to a common tennis court and a playground observable from the house.

To the centre of Vaxholm 1km away you can walk, bicycle or go by bus. Vaxholm is a picturesque archipelago town with a cosy atmosphere. A large supply of restaurants, cafés and nice shops. From Vaxholm it is easy to via the Waxholm boats reach the grand archipelago but also the city of Stockholm.

There is also a possibility to rent a plastic boat, Ryds 425 with a 15hp motor. Shared jetty five minutes from the house. Separate agreement about the price.
