Cottage Vejbystrand, Sweden, Skåne

On the west coast of Skåne awaits you this cozy cottage idyllicly situated in Vejbystrand in a wonderful secluded plot of 1243 sqm with direct access to a large wooden deck with nice outdoor furniture. There is also a small seating area on the front where you can enjoy the morning sun.

The cottage was renovated in 2006 and disposes three bedrooms, of which two have each two single beds and one with a singel bed. The spacious living room has a wooden ceiling and consists of a sofa, dining and fireplace. You have a separate kitchen area with new equipment such as refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet. In addition, you have a separate laundry room with new washing machine.

From the cottage is walking distance to the child friendly beach with wonderful views of the hill "Kullen". In addition, there is an outdoor 25 meters swimming pool, children´s pools, sauna not far away. In the harbour you have two nice restaurants and miniature golf. The area in general has two tennis courts, large supermarket and plenty of nice walking paths.

Vejbystrand is located 12 km from Ängelholm and has many nearby excursions e.g. Båstad,Torekov,Väderö, Mölle, Kullen, etc. There are also numerous golf courses in the surroundings.

The cottage is rented weekly Sunday to Sunday. Check in no earlier than 15 pm and check-out at 11 am.

Bed linen and towels brought by the tenant.
Final cleaning is carried out by the tenant.

Directions:
- Take E 6 towards Ängelholm
- Leave it with exit 35 Ängelholm N
- Turn left in the circular crossroad
- After ca. 450 m, turn right onto road 107 (Kungsgårdsleden)
- Follow road 107 ca. 6,5 km, turn left at the sign "Vejbystrand" (at Barkåkra kyrka)
- After ca. 450 m, turn left onto Magnarps Byaväg
- Follow it ca. 3 km, turn then left onto Haragårdsvägen
- Efter ca. 1 km, turn left into Teatervägen
- The second house on the right is nr. 4, your objekt.
