Charming cottage located high and open with lake views, 300 m from the bathing area. The sunsets are a great treat.
The area is quiet and secluded, but still in the otherwise large summer community of Djupvik. The plot is mostly surrounded by open ground, juniper bushes and beautiful stone walls.
The cottage has an old history as a covenant church and was rebuilt in the 60s as a summer cottage. More recently, bathrooms and two rooms have been renovated.
In total, there are five rooms and kitchen on one and a half levels as well as a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
From the cottage is it about 300 meters to the nearest beach with jetty from midsummer to September. The beach is made of shingle and the sandy bottom starts a bit out into the water.
The village restaurant Elise is 150 meters away. It has outstanding views of the boathouses and the sea. (Elise is on Facebook)
