The guesthouse has a sleeping loft (steep staircase) with two single beds and extra mattresses, an all-purpose room with two single beds, a sofa, a kitchen with fridge, microwave, hob and coffee percolator and small sitting area, bathroom with shower and WC. Outdoor area with garden furniture. No smoking. Distance to sea and supermarket 500 m, outdoor pool 1,5 km, Ängelholm 14 km, golf club 12 km, Båstad 20 km.

Final cleaning to be done by the tenant.

Directions:
E6 turn off towards Ängelholm North. Follow signs to Skälderviken. Pass Skälderviken, continue some 2 km, then follow sign to Vejbystrand. Continue towards harbour, after the roundabout take second street on right. House is on the corner, driveway immediately after end of hedge.
