House with fantastic lakeside view, Malung / Sälen

A country house (Non-Smoking) which is located about 2 mil north of Malung and 5 mil south of
Mora, in the nice village Öje. The house has a stunning seaside.

The house is 120 square meters, the larger part is newly renovated, with a
large plot of 5000 sqm, ideal for children and dogs to play on. The plot is a large
sandpit and swings for children. A lovely terrace with great views of Drivistjärn.
Timbered loft with carport and vedförvaring.

There are three bedrooms in the house. 1 large bedroom with a double bed, 2: 2
single beds, 3: 2 single beds.
Blankets and pillows, and good clothes storage.

A fully equipped kitchen and a large lunchroom with room for many people.
Living room with German SAT TV and DVD.

Animals are welcome at the house. Smoking is not allowed!

In winter there is the possibility of cross-country skiing, downhill skiing,
tobogganing, etc. After a day out in the snow, you can warm you in front of a cozy
fire, firewood included. Length of track in the local area, and excellent cross-
country tracks in Malung. Slalom slopes are closest in Gesunda and Kläppen Ski resort at a distance of about 5 mil, for Salen is about 7 mil.
There are some very nice fish in the lake. Ogströmmen attracts many fishermen
each year. Unless the whole family like fishing, there are nice places to swim with
only 1 km walk.
There are many great hiking trails nearby. There are great opportunities to pick
cloudberries, cranberries, blueberries and mushrooms in walking distance from the
house.

Coming from Malung: Run on E45 to Mora. About 2 mil after Malung you will come
to Öje. Pass Öje center, then turn of E45 first left, there are signs Norberget. Keep
left, run along the water. After a few hundred feet is the house on the right (turn
right up the hill)
