Lovely cottage with stunning view & high standard

All new renovated cottage of about 150m2 with a nice spacious all-purpose room and kitchen in an open planning and an open fireplace. Berths for ten to twelve persons. In the main house there are two bedrooms with double bed and two bedrooms with fitted bunk beds (90 + 120 cm and 90 + 140 cm). A spacious hall way, a guest WC and bathroom with a shower. The house has a large patio covering the front and with the river Tännån floating by and the view over the Svansjökläppen is absolutely stunning. At the guest house there is one large bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and a sauna.
Here there are fantastic possibilities for cross country skiing as well as skiing downhill. The entire Nordic ski centre lies before your feet with 300km prepared tracks and it is just to put on your skis outside the door step. The mountain Hamrafjället and Tänndalen’s lovely lift facility is 1km away. It is 20Km down to the valley Funäsdalen and the mountain Ramundberget is only 40Km away by car.
If you like to go fishing, you will be in paradise. A number of mountain lakes filled with happy salmons -)
The cottage is rented by the week but it is also possible to rent on shorter terms and make arrangements after your wishes. Bed linen and towels are not included.

From Funäsdalen
Drive straight through Funäsdalen towards Röros
Drive on road 84 through Tänndalen and past Hamrafjället
About 1km after Hamra drive over small bridge and a sign Naturratplats. Slow down and turn off at second exit to the left (by a large green dumpster). Park in the back of the house.
