The house can accommodate a maximum of 5 people, either 4 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 3 children.
There is a new lakefront hot tub on the boat dock that can be rented for a fee. It offers a relaxing experience at 38 degrees Celsius to enjoy Swedish nature and the starry sky. Bathrobes and slippers are provided, and you can also use a sauna, either in connection with the jacuzzi or separately.
The house has a size of 113 square meters and consists of 2-3 bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, an oven that can be additionally heated and a normal water toilet. The equipment also includes a TV with satellite antenna, a stereo system and a fireplace for cozy winter evenings.
A boat is at your disposal and life jackets are included in the price. You can also rent a motor for the boat.
The house is an hour from Gothenburg and half an hour from Borås, near Alboga and Annelund. In the surrounding area you will find shops, a petrol station and a cheese factory. More shops and a bank are about 15 km away.
The lake on which the house is located is 7 km long and 5 km wide and offers many recreational opportunities such as fishing, ice fishing in winter, ice skating, cross country skiing and hiking. There is also a small ski area nearby and several golf courses.
