Panoramic lake view and private jetty!

Welcome to "Bella Vista"! This treetop house is built in modern style and located on a small hill with a panoramic view over Lake Hären. The house feature an amazing sauna that offers 180 degrees view over the lake and has steps down to the water. The lakes offers wild swimming year around (unless it is frozen).

Large window sections in three directions let the sun and day light inside. The location offer lots of privacy on the hilltop. Spacious wooden decks around the building make it possible to catch the sunshine through out the day, at the same time, the trees provide much-needed shade for those who want that. The generous all-purpose room have a folding door made out of glass and provides a six metres wide opening that creates a unique mixture of outside and inside living, unique for Sweden.

The house is located at an old nature plot surrounded by pines, fir trees and birches together with lots of moss, blue berries and lingon berries. In the north it is only forest and in the south there are some more summer residences. This object is suitable for those who whish to be undisturbed but still be near civilisation.

A wooden staircase leads down to the private jetty with a pier ladder to ease your swimming. The ground plot is in a western position and offer wonderful evening sunshine. There is a charcoal barbecue on the terrace.

Bella Vista has a newly built wing with an extra master bedroom and a sleeping alcove, new bathroom and sauna with panoramic views over the lake!

NOTE: This is not a party house. We are looking for quiet guests who appreciate nature and the environment and who are careful with other people's property
