2 Rental apartments in Villa by Skrea Strand

We are a family offering more than just the rental of our two apartments in a Villa near Skrea Beach, located at Odenvägen 6 in Falkenberg. Each apartment is designed to accommodate 2+2 people, with one apartment having space for an extra mattress. One apartment is on the ground floor with a large terrace and outdoor area, while the other is on the upper floor with a large balcony.

Location:
The house is located approximately 250 meters from Skrea Beach and is situated on a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area. The beach is known as one of Sweden's finest and most popular summer beaches. Guests have access to outdoor restaurants and various activities along the beach, as well as Falkenberg's tourist attractions such as the Strandbaden tennis tournament, Wings and Wheels, and the famous shows at Vallarna.

Privacy and Seclusion:
Both rental properties have separate entrances to ensure guests' privacy. Guests will never have to encounter each other or the landlord who lives in the adjacent house, despite the close proximity. Of course, we can meet if needed or at the beach for a pleasant social time.

Prices:
During high season (weeks 24–34), we prefer to rent on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday) at a price of 7000 SEK for the upper floor and 8000 SEK for the ground floor (exceptions may occur). For the rest of the year, we rent out the apartments for a minimum of two consecutive nights. Prices vary depending on the day of the week: from Monday to Friday, the price is 600 SEK per night (for the upper floor) and 800 SEK per night (for the ground floor), while from Friday to Sunday and on public holidays, the price is 800 SEK and 1000 SEK per night, respectively.
We accept payments in cash in Swedish and foreign currency, as well as electronic payments via PayPal or Swish, which are made upon arrival. A receipt will be provided in any case.

Services and Description of Rental Properties:
We provide services exclusively for our rental guests. Descriptions of the rental properties are provided below. Please note that there are two apartments available and only one calendar in the advertisement, so "booked" is displayed only when both apartments are rented out.

Upper Floor Apartment:
Our cozy and recently renovated upper floor apartment is usually perfect for 2 people but is quite suitable for up to 4 people. The apartment offers a bedroom with a double bed, a shower, and a toilet, as well as a living room with a sofa bed for 1-2 people. The small but well-equipped kitchen has a dining table for 4 people.
From the balcony, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the beach. On sunny summer days, the sun stretches over the veranda from 10 AM to 10 PM, and to ensure that you can enjoy the beautiful weather, we have built a roof structure that offers protection from both sun and rain. The balcony also features outdoor furniture, a reserved space for grilling, storage boxes, a minibar, drying racks, and artistic outdoor lighting. Please note that there are about 15 steps to reach the apartment via the balcony.

Ground Floor Apartment:
The ground floor is designed with relaxation in mind, with an indoor floor area of approximately 45 m2, fully covered in tiles, which helps maintain cleanliness and keeps the apartment cool during hot summer days. The shower area is separated from the toilet where a washing machine is available. The apartment has a bedroom, a hall, a living room with a dining area, and a small but fully equipped kitchen. Although the apartment has been newly renovated, it is mainly its location and surroundings that make it an attractive rental property.
Outside the apartment, there is a 25 m2 terrace with partial glazing at the front and a wind and privacy-protected garden with concrete slabs, flowers, and flowerbeds, as well as a sundeck with afternoon sun. Please note that the jacuzzi and steam sauna visible in the pictures are not included in the rent.

General Information:
We encourage recycling and assist with waste sorting.
When booking, we request the names and phone numbers of the guests.
The price includes one parking space per apartment, and if needed, we can refer you to a parking spot in a public parking lot about 50 meters away.
The price includes bed linen and towels for the specified number of guests, a Smart TV with a selection of Swedish TV channels, and WiFi.
Guests are responsible for general cleaning, and a grill is available without accessories and charcoal/wood.

Additional Services for Your Convenience:
To make your stay even more pleasant, we offer various services for an agreed-upon fee and rent out the following: city bikes, tennis equipment, Speedminton equipment, paddle equipment, inflatable SUP and surfboards, windsurf board, inline skates, beach chairs, beach cart, extra/child bed (availability depends on stock).

In addition, we can also arrange transportation of goods and/or people to and from excursion destinations or upon arrival by public transport if for some reason you cannot or do not want to drive yourself.
