Large house by the sea – Welcome to Havsörnen

Havsörnen is a fantastic facility at the heart of Stigfjorden nature reserve. Here you will find peace and quiet on a 14-hectare private nature area. The house of 495m² offers good conditions for conferences, weddings or why not, just a holiday together with family and friends. Private jetty and boathouse.

Havsörnen has 12 separate bedrooms with 2 single beds with the exception of two rooms that have double beds. There is also a spare bed. All rooms have a private entrance, toilet and shower. Inside the house is an additional double room with closeness to shower and toilet. In total there are 25 berths.

In the common area you will find two meeting rooms. Both are light and airy and offer a stunning view over the sea, mountains, and nature. The rooms can be advantageously refurbished to suit your wishes and work perfectly for e.g. conferences and major events.

In the common area are also four toilets and access to a washing machine and tumble dryer. TV-room for lazy and rainy days.

As an addition you will have access to a newly built kitchen with restaurant equipment such as fridge, freezer, dishwashers, hot air cabinet and an extra-large hob. Here is the opportunity to cook for a large number of people.

One week* Monday to Sunday: SEK 60,000 2023
One weekend Friday to Sunday: SEK 40,000 2023

*Mid-summer week: SEK 60,000

General cleaning is carried out by the tenant. Electricity is charged after the stay. Bed linen and towels are available to rent.

Pets are not permitted and smoking is forbidden inside.

Road description:
Drive north on E6 from Gothenburg circa 40km, take off towards Tjörn and Orust. Continue to drive over Tjörn up to the bridge Skåpesundsbron. Right before the bridge turn left and thereafter right, continue 300 mts onto a smaller gravel road, and then turn right again.
