Cottage in Åre Kläppen

Cosy holiday cottage in Åre Kläppen, just on the edge of Åre village.
Wonderful breakfast view over the mountain, where you for example can see when the lifts open.
One bus stop with the ski bus along E14 to/from kabinen, and ski in if you'd like via the Buustamon transport route.
During winter, you can go directly up to Ullådalen on a tour with climbing skins, and during summer for hiking/jogging/berry picking.
It is close to a nice jogging track along the old road Årevägen towards the river Tegeforsen. There are nice swimming spots during summer.
In the area is a lovely meadow with a trail down to the old road Årevägen, during winter it becomes a wonderful sledge slope and during summer fun cycling for the children. Easy for the children to play outside on their own.
Walking distance to the village, about 20 minutes along the old road Årevägen.

Road description:
Drive along road E14 through Åre by. Pass Ullådalsavtaget on your right-hand side. Take the next left, signpost Åre kläppen. Follow the road into the area that after about 50 mts turns to the left, then straight forward and then turn right and you will see number 223 on your left hand side.
