DESCRIPTION
The house stands isolated on high ground on a woodland plot. You can enjoy nature and the view of the lake from the terrace. Garden furniture, garden umbrella and grill are available. 100m distance to nearest neighbour hidden by forest. A narrow path takes you to the lake (70m) with the bath place and the boat-house.

Living space: 78m² in 1 floor
Kitchen, big living room with log-fire stove, 2 smaller and 1 bigger bedroom and shower room.
In case of cold weather the house can be heated by heat pump. There is also electric heaters in the kitchen and a mobile electric heater. Logs for the fire are included.

Kitchen: sink, fridge and freezer, cooker with oven, kitchen fan, toaster, coffee maker, micro wave oven and dish washer

Bedrooms: All beds are 90 cm width. Two bedrooms with one bed each. One bedroom with two single beds. One additional bed can be arranged for a smaller child.

Living room: 3-seat sofa + 2 arm chairs, TV with Swedish channels + ASTRA German channels with CNN News,
Radio with CD-player, log-fire stove, exit to terrace.
