The house is situated on the island of Resarö Vaxholm (connected by bridge). Only 30 min from downtown Stockholm (by car, 45 min by bus)

Large, modern, and exclusive villa of 300m² with a fantastic view of the Stockholm Archipelago. Heated pool (4x8 meters), hot tub, and sauna.
All amenities are included.

The house can be rented year-round by arrangement, for weekends or weeks. Celebrate Christmas and New Year in the Stockholm Archipelago. The house is available for three weeks during Christmas and New Year 21/22.

Close to Stockholm, approximately 30 minutes by car, 35 minutes by bus, or about an hour by Waxholm boat.

The house is situated 80 meters from and 25 meters above the sea, offering a spectacular “eagle’s nest” view. One of Stockholm’s best panoramas of the archipelago! Large panoramic windows in the living room, dining area, and kitchen overlook the sea. Every room has a sea view.

The house features large, delightful terraces on both the seaside and the child-friendly courtyard. Gas and charcoal grills are provided. The sauna (with a sea view) is located on the ground floor.
Small children can play freely in the courtyard, which includes a playhouse and sandbox. Older children can explore the property and surrounding areas. Toys available: table tennis, bows and arrows, kick bikes, trampoline, etc.

The pool is heated to a comfortable 29°C, and the hot tub to 39°C. The pool includes a powerful JetSwim for those who wish to exercise or play in the flowing water.
(The large pool is closed in winter from mid-October to the end of April, but the sauna and hot tub are operational year-round.)

The house has 5 separate bedrooms:
• 3 bedrooms with double beds
• 2 bedrooms with single beds (single beds = 120 cm and 140 cm, suitable for two if cozy!)
• 2 extra beds (foldable) and a baby travel cot are also available.

The house includes all modern conveniences:
• Well-equipped kitchen
• Broadband, TV, and computers
• Toys
• Existing bicycles available for loan
• Baby cot and high chair available if needed
• Laundry room with washing machines, dryer, and drying facilities
• Gas grill, charcoal grill, and large skillet
• Wood-burning stove

Enjoy the deluxe archipelago: A steering console boat, Buster X (5.2m, 70hp), is available for rent (7,000 SEK/week). Basic boating experience is required.

The island offers several swimming spots, with the nearest (rocky beach) just 100 meters away and a small sandy beach 200 meters away. The island’s largest beach, with changing rooms, sandy shoreline, pier, and playground, is about 3 km away.
Close to tennis, pétanque, swimming spots, and a pier served by archipelago boats. On Resarö, there is an ICA store open daily (8:00-21:00).

In Vaxholm (5 km away), you’ll find a variety of small shops and restaurants. Vaxholm is the hub for regular ferry traffic to the middle and northern archipelago. Great day trips include Grinda, Sandhamn, Finnhamn, etc.

Although Resarö is an island in the heart of the Stockholm Archipelago, it is easily accessible by car via a fixed bridge connection to the mainland and Vaxholm.
