Bring your family to Herräng for nature and dance

Our summer place is a place to go all year around with the woods and sea in sight from the living room window. Bring your family – and some friends, there are three houses with a total of 10 beds – for a relaxing summer vacation or cozy time during the snowy winters. If you feel like going shopping, Stockholm city is less than two hours away. And if you love dancing, well then this should definitely be the place you go next summer!

The property has a 250 mbit internet connection.

HERRÄNG AND ACTIVITIES
The property is outside of Herräng, a small village around 1,5 hours car-ride from Stockholm city and world renowned for the dance festival Herräng dance camp taking place five weeks each summer with dancers from every corner of the world. Beginners as well as experts dancers. Herräng has a small convenience store and the society of Hallstavik, which is only 10-15 minutes away by car, has three well-sorted convenience stores.There’s a little child-friendly beach with a swing-set only 200 meters from our property. Depending on the season there is a track for running or cross-country skiing circa 1,000 meters away. If you have the equipment you can of course go fishing. And you can also make excursions to places like the charming villages of Grisslehamn or Öregrund.

THE MAIN CABIN
The main cabin is a large cozy wooden cabin (90 sqm) with two terraces. The sea can be sighted through the trees.

There’s a spacious living room combined with a kitchen. The living room has a fireplace and a tv/dvd, and the kitchen is well-equipped with dishwasher and microwave.

1 room with 2 single beds
1 room with bunk beds

There’s one bathroom with a shower and a water closet.

THE MIDDLE HOUSE
The middle house (28 sqm) has one big airy room with a 140 cm double bed and 1 single bed. In case the water closet in the main cabin fails the second house has an outdoor backup.

THE "TOMTEBRÖL" CABIN
The third house (12 sqm) is a cozy little cabin with 2 single beds. The house is nick-named after a winter cabin built on the ice on top of a lake in a classic Swedish standup comedy act and it means “Santa’s howl”.

THE ANIMALS
The wild animals are usually shy but do visit the property so don’t be surprised if you run into deer, foxes or elks even.

CONDITIONS
No pets
No smoking
No parties - and keep the noise level down
Bedlinen (pillow cases, duvet covers , sheets) needs to be brought by you. There are however pillows and duvets.
