Exclusive summer accommodation in Åhus Aspet, consisting of a main building and a disposable guest cottage. The property is located within walking distance (250m) to Revhaksstranden in Ahus. The main building consists of complete kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and coffee maker. The kitchen is integrated with the dining and living room. The free ceiling height 4m and panoramic window gives an open and personal atmosphere. The cottage has bedroom with a double bed. and a loft overlooking the dining and living area. The loft has a double bed for two personer.TV room. Tiled bathroom with shower, basin and WC and washing machine.

The main building has a generous wooden deck on 250kvm that is built around the house, which allows one to enjoy the sun throughout the day. Garden furniture, lounge chairs and barbecue are available.
The guest house is ca. 20 sqm and contains a bunk bed and a sofa bed.

Blanket and pillow are available for all beds, but other bedding and towels are arranged by the guest (can be rented for 250 / SEK per person)

Bicycle rental can be arranged.

The cottage is located approx 1.5 km from Ahus village. There is access to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, liquor, etc. It is about as far to the Ahus fine golf course.
The plot is a large nature plot with a wind-protected location and path to the beach.
