Welcome to this newly renovated idyllically located Mälaren lake side property. In 2018 the property has a new kitchen. This is the perfect location to enjoy a great holiday with family and friends. As a guest you enjoy full access to two houses, which are adjacent to each other and both of which are by the lake. Guests have easy access to the private jetty and beach as well as many other activities and will be within easy reach of the city Västeras.



The property has an unusually large jetty and a large lawn which is ideal for playing outdoor games such as football and badminton. You will have access to a rowing boat and life vests can be rented from SportHyra in Västerås. On the large terrace you will find sun loungers, a large dining table with chairs as well as a Weber BBQ.



In the Main House there is a large open plan, contemporary living area with a wood burning stove, TV, DVD, and a large dining table. From this room guests enjoy sweeping views to the lake. The large folding glass doors can be opened to merge the terrace area with the indoor living space. In the main house you will find three bedrooms (two double bedrooms and one smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. There is a fully functional kitchen as well as a bathroom with WC and a walk in shower.



In the smaller Guest House there is a living area with a kitchenette as well as a bathroom equipped with a WC, walk in shower and a washing machine. There is a smart terrace with a door from the living room overlooking the lake . The upper floor of the Guest House is reached by a set up built in steps at the top of which you will find a dormitior built into the eaves with 4 beds that can be used as single beds or easily extended into double beds.



Main house: This property offers 2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with bunk bed.
The guest house offers one bedroom with double bed that sleeps 2 and a loft dormer (with reduced ceiling height) with 5 beds, 4 of which can be pulled out to make double beds. The total amount of beds are 14 with the option to create an additional 4 beds in the loft dormer. The property is not suitable for more than 8 adults.



A couple of minutes away from the property at the local community of Kvicksund you will find a well equipped food store, bar and summer restaurant. Approximately 20 minutes away from the property you will find the city of Västeras which offers shops, restaurants, bars and many activities.



New kitchen has been installed with dishwasher, microwave oven, new stove and two new bathrooms 2019-2020.
