Holiday home with high standard located in popular area with road all the way to the house. Highly situated, free, peaceful, sunny location with a lovely lake view. The main building (80m²) has three bedrooms with a total of five berths (spare mattresses available). Fully equipped and fresh kitchen with high standard and dining area with a view. Bathroom with floor heating, shower, WC and wash basin. Spacious living room with TV and fireplace.

Wonderful wooden deck around the larger part of the house, which offer possibilities fro sunshine (or shade if one prefer) from morning to evening. Garden furniture and mobile parasoll available. As is a cole barbeque. The patio to the North West has a roof and offer nice evening sunshine combined with lake view for lovely evening during summer.

Suitable for families with children. Near sandy beach and lots of space to play outside. A spare high chair from IKEA available. Sand box available on the ground plot. Football pitch and a wooden heated sauna located by a swimming spot in the area. Tennis court available to lend (the condition is not the best though). Storudden is a very nice area.

Option guest house: (SEK 2,250 – 2,750/week)
Guest house (circa 20m²) with two bedrooms (double bed in one and bunk bed in the other), Trinette kitchen (hob, small fridge, electric kettle, microwave, washing-up sink) and fresh toilet (earth closet) with wash basin. Small wooden deck patio with furniture. An additional wash basin, shower and washing machine available in the main building and can be reached via a separate entrance. If the guest house is included, there is room for two families at the same time. The guest house’ cooking possibilities are very limited.

Please note that pets are not permitted in both the main building and the guest house.

From Stockholm about an hour by car:
Road 73 towards Nynäshamn, turn off towards Herrhamra/Torö. Drive over the bridge Tottnäsbron and continue over Oxnö and Svärdsjö to Torö. (These islands are connected so just one bridge to cross). Pass the church Torö Kyrka and then go right onto Storudden.

With the public transportation SL circa 2 hours from the Central. Shuttle to Nynäshamn and then bus number 852 to Storuddsvägen. And a walk of about 2,5km.
