House at the lake Stråken (Rud)

Very well maintained house located right next to the lake Ståken in Rud, 3 km from Bottnaryd and 20 km from Jönköping. One bedroom with double bed. One bedroom with two separate beds. Two small bedrooms with one bed each. One bedroom in the basement with three beds and a separate WC. A sofa bed upstairs with two beds. Bathroom with toilet / shower upstairs. Large garden. Beautiful bathing area with jetty is next to the house. Usually at least 20°C in the water. Also good opportunities for fishing, canoeing, water skiing and surfing. For children there is a playhouse in the garden. The road is paved all the way. The nearest supermarket is 3 km (Bottnaryd).

• Free internet (fiber)
In addition, there is a rowing boat (see picture) for rent for 1 000 SEK.

• Gränna / Visingsö. About 45 minutes by car.
• Tabergs peak. About 30 minutes by car.
• Shopping center, "Asecs" in Jonkoping. About 20 min by car.
• Habo church, Habo. About 30 minutes by car.
• Husqvarna Factory Museum, Husqvarna. About 30 minutes by car.
• Match Museum, Jonkoping. About 30 minutes by car.
• Hiking, Dumme mosse (bog) at Jönköping Airport. About 20 min by car.
• Mooses and deers are easy to see, the safest on the road to Nackebo / Apelskift. About 10 min by car.
Last day during the stay should the tenant clean the house. If the tenant rather want to pay for the final cleaning it costs 1500 kr.
If the tenant wishes to rent bed linen and towel, this costs 250 SEK / person.

From Highway 40, turn onto County Road 185 towards Bottnaryd. Then turn to Bet after 1 km. Follow the road for 2 km and you reach Rud19, close to lake Ståken.
