The house is located on the country side between Borås and Alingsås.
Spacious and homey kitchen with a wooden stove, cooker, dishwasher, micro, fridge and freezer, coffee percolator and electric kettle.
Large living room with a Smart TV, tiled stove and a piano. Two berths down stairs. Shower, WC, washing machine and tumble drier.
Conservatory with a cross trainer.
First floor with bedroom and a double bed and one room with two single beds. One bed in the middle room. Small WC.

Wifi, floor heating.
Bicycles available to lend.

The house is for rent minimum 2-weeks 7.500 SEK/week inkl. final cleaning




circa 700 metres to supermarket and petrol station.
about 15km to Borås with a Zoo, Knalleland etc.
circa 20km to the beautiful wooden and coffee break city Alingsås.
about 60km to Gothenburg with the amusement park Liseberg and Universeum (a public science centre and museum) etc.
circa 1,5km to small lake with a sandy beach, jetty and barbeque area.

Lovely walking paths in forest and land.
The house is a part of a family farm that we treasure.


Directions:
When arriving at Hedared from Borås or Alingsås, turn in by the ICA supermarket towards Vemmenhult. Drive for about 600 metres and when you reach a red house on your right hand side along the road, turn right after that house. Then you will see a red barn with roman numbers at the gable, MCMXVII. The house is located next door.
