Dream house by the lake

Lovely big house in the middle of the forest next to a lake.
The house has 4 bedrooms 2 good size doubles with king size beds and 2 smaller rooms but still with King size beds.
A large family bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs. The upstairs landing has a sofa bed (140x195) bed size.
Downstairs is a larger L-shaped living room with plenty of seating and a beautiful fireplace.
The country style kitchen/ dining room also has a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, juicer, mixer and toaster.
The utility room has an extra fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer.
Outside there are 2 decked area, a bbq area and plenty of garden to play in.
Outbuildings: play house, weights room, garage, and sauna house.
The lake gets nice and warm in the summer and freezes over in the winter. Free fishing. Kayak and paddle board available.



Directions:
From Jonkoping drive to Huskvarna and in Huskvarna follow signed for Lekeryd road 132.
In lekeryd turn left, signed for Asens by, you should have the kiosk on your left. Follow this road through Svarttorp and Hogstorp. when you pass a Blue and Whit sign saying Aneby komun its only 1 km left on this road. Turn right at the sign for Signesbo/Bjorkudden3. Follow this small road through the forest and along the lake until you get to the sign for Signesbo1.Turn Left. At the top of the hill in Signesbo turn right so that you have the red barn with yellow doors on your left. After 1km you are there.
Turn left down to the house.
