Archipelago paradise

Wonderful summer home with a free location on an island with a few properties. House with three small bedrooms and one larger one, living room, large kitchen, glass veranda with dining area and with a large balcony/terrace on top. Fresh shower room, toilet and outdoor toilet. A total of 11 beds in varying sizes, two of which are in a sofa bed in the living room.
Lovely garden with roses, fruit trees, berries and herbs etc., larger ball field with space for play and games, private jetty and sandy beach. Forest and meadows.

Rowing boat with spinnaker, eka and canoe included. Right to fish with nets (available to borrow) around the entire island. Gist farm at the jetty and boathouse.

Car and boat parking available in Spillersboda, about 5 minutes by boat from the island. There is also a general store (with laundry facilities) and SL bus.

Smoking indoors is prohibited.
Sheets and towels included!
Final cleaning is provided by the tenant.



Road description:
Road E18 towards Norrtälje, Just before the entrance ramp, continue towards Kapellskär. Turn right towards Spillersboda after about 10 minutes, continue the road all the way to Spillersboda brygga, where I meet up.
