Archipelago paradise

Wonderful summer stay with a free location on an island with just a few estates. House with three small bedrooms and one larger bedroom, living room, spacious kitchen, conservatory with dining area and with a large balcony/patio on top. Fresh shower room, WC, and outhouse. A total of 11 beds in various sizes, two berths in sofa beds in the living room.
Lovely garden with roses, fruit trees, berries, herbs etc, larger ballfield with space for games, private jetty, and sandy beach. Forest and meadows.
A Rowing boat with motor and canoe is included. Fishing permit for fishing net (available to lend) around the island. Net drying rack available by the jetty and the boathouse.
Car park and berth for boat available in Spillersboda, circa 5 minutes by boat from the island. There is also a country store (with possibilities for laundry) and SL-bus.
Smoking inside is declined.
Bed linen and towels are included!
Final cleaning is done by the lodger.


Road description:
E18 towards Norrtälje, just before the entrance ramp continue towards Kapellskär. Take right towards Spillersboda after circa 10 minutes, continue the road to Spillersboda brygga (jetty), where I will meet up.
