Cosy cottage close to skiing and hiking area

Welcoming and well held cottage at the crosscountry paradise of Långberget.
The cottage has four ordinary beds and a comfortable sofa bed for two.
The kitchen is well equipped including dish washer and equipment for six persons.
There is a highchair and children cutlery and in the bathroom a folding changing table.
Flat TV with Allente base channels (1-12), Chrome cast, DVD-player (not BlueRay).
Music center with radio, CD-player and USB connection.

The cottage is situated in a high position with a vast view close to the cross country track center and a smaller downhill slope.
Långberget offers lots of well prepared skiing tracks, suiting all skills and demands for both skate and classic skiing.

Around 20 km distance to Branäs and 100 km to Trysil downhill centers for those who prefer downhill skiing.

Långberget has lots to offer also during other seasons than the winter. Here you can for example find a net of gravel roads for biking, suitable for training before ”Cykelvasan” or just to make a bike excursion to Egga – a fascinating narrow peninsula streching several kilometers into lake Tossjön, or why not go for a canoe tour on the lakes or try fishing. You can also hike all or a part of ”Nordvärmlandsleden” which passes Långberget on its way between Branäs and Höljes.
At the hotel you can rent both MTB-bikes, electrical bikes, fishing gear and canoes.
In the summer a heated swimming pool is available at the hotel if you just want to relax a couple of hours. If you don’t want to cook yourself the hotel restaurant offers both breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Långberget is also a good starting point for car excursions in northern Värmland. We recommend a visit to Ransbysätern – in the summertime a live ”säter” with domestic animals and serving of the Värmland ”national dish” Kolbulle with lingonberry jam. Very tasty!

Directions:
Drive road no 62 direction north to Sysslebäck.
Take to the right shortly after Sysslebäck (there is a sign marked "Långbergets Sporthotell").
After around 9-10 km you come to the recreation area Långberget.
Take to the right at the third exit. There is a sign that you can see on the pictures above.
Then take the first exit to the left marked "Videstigen".
Videstigen 13 is the first of three similar cottages on the left hand side.
