Welcome to Blåsbo, a house for rent in the Swedish countryside. The nature and forest is just around the corner with and open fields with horses and sheep. A big garden where you can relax and play yard games (you are welcome to grab fruit and berries).

Your host, Annika & Börje live 3 km away and can help with any questions during your stay.

About 15km from Enköping where you'll find supermarkets, shops and cosy cafes. 1hr from Stockholm (by car).

On arrival, we greet you with a basket with Swedish fika, coffee and home baked cookies, a true Swedish specialty :)

THE HOUSE:
You have access to the entire house, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and a big kitchen, laundry, garden with patio furnitures. Great for families, group of friends or couples. :)

The house has two stories, on the first floor you'll find a kitchen, living room and one bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk beds). Bathroom, shower and laundry.

On the second floor there is 2 bedrooms with a king size bed (180 cm) in each room. In bedroom #2 we can convert the king to 2 single beds. Bathroom with bathtub and a big hallway.

Outside there is a big garden with patio furnitures, charcoal grill (you bring your own charcoal)

Linen, pillows, blankets and towels are included.

You will clean the house before you leave.

About 1 hr from Stockholm, 40 min to Västerås and Uppsala, and 15 min away from Enköping where youll find restaurants, big shops and cosy cafes. See location on map in the photos.

It's a beautiful and spacious house that satisfied our every need (such as one bedroom and shower on the ground floor). There is a lot of (tourist) information in Swedish and English, as well as books and games. The hosts are friendly and attentive. They live close by and offered us coffee and a walking tour. Fjärdhundra is just a short drive and offers a shop and a restaurant. Enköping is also not far away.

Blåsbo ligger så vackert med underbar utsikt över nejderna! Vi fick ett så varmt välkomnande ock njöt av tystnaden å det bekväma huset.

The booking process was easy and the owners responded quickly to questions. The house is very nice with all the necessary amenities and is in a quite beautiful setting in the countryside. It was a perfect base to explore local nature reserves and not too far from Uppsala, for example, which is also beautiful to visit. Our first experience of Sweden was fantastic and was enhanced by staying in this particular house for a week.

A beautiful, clean and large cottage with a wide view of the countryside. We really loved the friendliness of the fam. Jodensvi. The cottage is easily accessible and if you like strolling around, then this is a great region to stay in.
