Lovely house surrounded by pure Swedish nature!

You are in search of a summer cottage in Småland which offers you absolute rest and relaxation, and on the other hand the possibility for various activities in the midst of the marvellous Swedish nature?

Our house is located in the heart of a huge forest on a 8000 square metre, hilly natural property. There are high trees, a birch grove, a small pinewood, sunny lawns, always also shade, a lot of place for letting off steam and play outdoor games. In the garden you also find various fruit trees and berries.

Herrafällan is mainly used privately and therefore fully equipped with everything you may desire. It is furnished with love to the detail. The property is virtually completely hidden from the street (with hardly any traffic) and the small wrong track which leads to the close-by lake.

Directions:
Driving instructions from Växjö: Take the 23/ 37 northbound (Linköping/ Oskarshamn) for about 35 km. Turn right in the direction of Lenhovda and follow the signs until you reach it. Take the first street left leading towards Älghult. After another 10 km (shortly after passing the street to Sävsjöström on the right) turn left towards Åseda/ Varaskruv Naturreservat and carry on for another 1.3 km. Turn left into Hoabergsvägen. The house is located on your right hand side after 60 meters (pass the barrier).
