Outside Trosa in Sörmlands beautiful archipelago, this attractive complex consists of two houses on the privately owned island Borsö. The houses are known in the area and have been pictured as motives on a painting by Reinhold Ljunggren.
The larger house is a traditional archipelago cottage from the early 19th Century, about 120 sqm, and has been modernized to a comfortable standard. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen with dining room, large entrance hall and a tiled bathroom / WC. Dishwasher, washer, dryer, flat screen TV with satellite, internet etc, are all included.
The second house (60 sqm) is located right next door. The house has been completely renovated in 2009 and consists of two bedrooms (1 master bedroom and one smaller bedroom in the attic for children), a modern tiled bathroom with laundry and dryer as well as a new kitchen and a living room with TV & internet.
Both houses belong together and form a harmonious ensemble with a lot of space. You walk about 50 m to the Sea and have wonderful sea views from almost all windows as well as the terrace.
The rent includes a private boat space at the old boathouse with traditional seagrass roof. There is a separate bathing platform with sauna just to the right.
A newly built gravel) road connects the island to the mainland and it only takes 10 minutes by car to Trosa with all its shops, cafés and well-known Swedish summer life. Central Stockholm is only 60 min away by car or train.
