The apartment is 150 meters from Tegefjäll's seat lift, grocery store, ski shop and ski bus to Åre. In the area there is a winter-open restaurant and ski rental.
Tegefjäll got a completely new seat lift and broadened slopes until the 2013-2014 season. Also Tegeskogen was spotted for more fun forest skiing.

In the summer of 2016, fiber was installed in the houses for fast internet and digital cable TV.

Sleep 1: downstairs 1 double bed with elastic beds from IKEA (2 pers) and a travel cot for children (only when there are children visiting). 19-inch TV
Sleeping 2: over 1 triple-bed (3 pers) is ideal for 3 children. a total of 2 adults. 19-inch TV
Sleep 3: over 1 bunk bed with a 140 cm wide spring sling under and a 90 wide spring mattress on top (2 pers). The room was expanded for the 2014-2015 season and received a new 32-inch LED TV.
We recommend a maximum of 4 adults and 5 children. Not 9 adults.
Living room: 1 sofa bed (2 pers).
TV is available in all bedrooms.

Equipment kitchen: Fridge, freezer, induction hob, fan, convection oven, micro, coffee maker, tassim machine, fondue set, waffle iron, sandwich iron, electric whisk, rod mixer. Very new 2014.

Bathroom: Fully renovated in 2012. Shower, sauna, drying cabinet and washing machine.
Ski storage at the house (lockable). There are 3 brass chairs and a small charcoal grill.
Living room: Large bedside corner sofa and armchair, LCD TV 40 inch, DVD, stereo.

Other room: travel cot for children, stair gate, children's mattress. TV games Xbox.
20 sqm porch with evening sun. Two seating areas and a large barbecue are available.

We have a sledge but cannot guarantee that it is full or is in place. Cheap children's sleds can be bought in the ski shop in Tegefjäll.
