Traditional Swedish cottage on Öland

Welcome to Västra Sörby on Öland!

We have a nice cabin for rent near the beach and variuos excursions on Öland. The cottage is beautifully situated on its own large plot (perfect for soccer and other games) near beaches, golf courses, archaeological sites and spectacular nature.

The cottage is only a few minutes drive or bike to the beach, restaurants and museums (Ekerum, Vida, Kackelstugan, Halltorp, Fireside etc.). The city of Kalmar is only 25 minutes away by car.

In the cottage there is a bedroom with double bunk beds; living room with kitchen, dining area, sofa, TV; bathroom with shower and washing machine and sleeping loft with 2 travel beds. The large lawn surrounding the cottage fits perfectly for soccer, outdoor games and barbecue evenings.

Nice and helpful owner. We were with two and the cottage is light and spacious. The cottage lies on a quiet patch of land behind the larger houses, lots of privacy. Within some 12-15 minutes drive there's a nice place for swimming and from the house we made several cycling tours in the surroundings. Good place to stay if you want to explore mid-Oland.
