Very attractive, architect designed house in the archipelago, within the near proximity of beaches, nature reserves and city. The main house covers 120 square meters including a large sleeping loft and a 40-square meter guest house. The main building has a modern and chic architecture and open plan design. The common room is open from floor to ceiling and the large windows blur the lines of the indoor space and the terrace and garden outside. The common room offers a cosy seating area with a TV and open fire place, as well as a dining area seating up to eight people for dinner. The kitchen is joined together with the common room through the modern open plan design. The kitchen is well equipped, and has all the modern appliances.
The master bedroom has a double bed, and the other bedroom sleeps two people in single beds.
There is a large bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine + dryer.
The design stair case (not child proof) leads up to the loft where there are two beds and a playing surface for children. This house holds a very high standard and has floor heating throughout.

In addition to the main house there is a nice guest house located on this property. The guest house has a socialising area and sleeps three people, one sleeping nook has a double bed and the other one has a single bed. The double bed nook has a drape which can pulled out for increased privacy. In the guest house there is also a small kitchen with hotplates, fridge and freezer. Large bathroom and sauna.


The main house has a large wrap around veranda with comfortable outdoor furniture, sun chairs and a barbecue. The location of the property is secluded and private, and behind the house the nature rich plot of land stretches out and takes you to a blueberry forest.

Ingarö is known to be one of the most beautiful spots in the archipelago. From this property you are within walking distance of Ingarö’s beautiful swimming spots with both cliff and beach options (800 meters). You are also able to walk to the amazing nature reserve Björnhalvön which offers walking trails, kayak rental, beautiful paddling waters as well as a snorkelling trail. Local bistro, Bistro Björnvik with a beautiful view of the beach is about 20 minutes walk from the house.

Located a short car ride away are popular tourist attractions such as the Artipelag art museum, Säby Säteri and the local village of Gustavsberg where you can find many restaurants and cafés around the harbour area, as well as a culture centre. Those looking for more active ways to spend the time can go to Ingarö Golf course and enjoy a round of golf at the 36-hole course. In Gustavsberg you will find more sports related activities as well as a big indoor pool and adventure water park, gym and a SPA. An outdoor adventure playground is currently being built adjacent to the water park.

Ingarö is bridge connected to the main land and there are good public transport options trafficking the route to and from Stockholm. The distance to Stockholm from the property is approximately 36 kilometres and takes 40 minutes by bus and 30 minutes by car.

This house if perfect for a large family wanting to experience the archipelago with all related activities such as swimming and nature life. All while still being close to other activities and excursions in the local area. This property also grants you very easy access to Stockholm where you can enjoy the pulse and atmosphere of the capital and all it has to offer in terms of shopping, culture and food.
