Rosdala Gård: 2 + 2 beds. Fully equipped newly renovated guest house in a typical Skåne U-shaped house, which used to be a farm. The owners live in one part. The house has a very good location with access to the whole southern part of Skåne.

Within close proximity there are long sandy beaches by the sea, golf courses, fishing, the quaint historical small town of Wallander’s Ystad, old castles as well as the wonderful views of Österlen.

Ground floor: open plan with a well-equipped kitchen with everything a person who enjoys cooking needs. The living room has 2 couches (one is a sofa bed for 2), a big screen TV (no tv-channels but Netflix, HBO Max and Amazon Prime are included) in which you can connect your laptop etc., and finally a dining table with 4 chairs.
There is a fully tiled bathroom with toilet and shower.
Wifi is also included.

Upper level: loft with a comfortable double bed.

You have your own patio with a wonderful view over the fields as well as your own sitting area on the courtyard. The patio has outdoor furniture and a grill where you can enjoy a lovely meal.

The guest house is located conveniently within a short distance from E65. It is 2 km to the center of Rydsgård where there is a railway station (that takes you around Skåne and to Copenhagen), a pizzeria, a small but well-stocked convenience store as well as a gas station.

There is 6 km to Skurup where you find several big grocery stores, liquor store, restaurants and many other stores.
10 km to a beautiful beach by the sea (Mossbystrand),
10 km to the family friendly Zoo Ystad Djurpark.
12 km to the famous Abbekås golf course with “pay and play” and several other golf courses around,
14 km to Abbekås harbour,
17 km to the beautiful long beaches and the historic half-timbered houses of Ystad.
Malmö, Sweden’s third biggest city, lies 43 km away and with its bridge (Öresundsbron) you can easily drive over (or take the train) to Copenhagen/Denmark. It takes less than an hour.

You are self-catering, and you bring your own linens and towels. Otherwise you can rent this for 100 sek/person a week.
Bikes can be rented.
No pets allowed. There is a little Yorkshire terrier on the premises.
No smoking inside the house.

Free parking on the premises. Charger for electric car available (for a fee)

The guests are required to clean the house upon departure or buy the service for 650 sek (65 euro).

On a weekly basis it is preferably rented from Saturday to Saturday. Other days for arrival /departure and shorter periods (minimum 3 days) can be discussed.
Arrival / check in att 15.00. Check out/ departure at 11.00

Drive E65 from Malmö or Ystad. When you reach the signs pointing towards Rydsgård/Blentarp - turn to Blentarp.
After about 50 m – take the first road to the left. Pass the carpenter building and continue about 200 m. At the end of the road you will find Rosdala Gård!
