Light, fresh cottage with guest house on adult plot (1,542m²) in popular area in Yngsjö Havsbad, Two rooms and a pantry circa 25m² + about 10m² guest house. Bedroom with one single bed (120 cm. = 1 - 2 persons). All-purpose room with air conditioning with cool and heating function, sofa bed (120 cm.), TV, radio, dining area and pantry with two hobs, fridge, ice box and coffee percolator, toaster, electric hand mixer. All tiled shower/WC. Small guest house with two single beds, small TV, fridge and micro. A maximum of four persons in total. Roofed patio with furniture’s. The guest house has a small veranda. Please note that smoking and/or pets are not permitted. Distance: sea/sandy beach 700 metres, miniature golf 600 metres, golf 6,5km (Kristianstad’s Golf club), Åhus 6km, Kristianstad 24km. Rented by the week and is also possible to let for a fourth night. A warm hearted welcome! Swap day Sunday. Checking in at 15:00 and checking out at 12:00 Other info: Duvets and pillows available. Bed linen and towels are not included. Cleaning before departure is done by the lodger, cleaning gear and products are available.
