Lofsdalen is high and snow-safe. In the lift system, there are 25 descents of all degrees of difficulty, Sweden's largest drop south of Åre. The chute - one of Sweden's steepest groomed slopes with a 42 degree slope. With the help of one of the 6-chair lifts you get back to the Lodge and also from the valley up to the mountain Hovärkens top 1125 meters above sea level to the Mackmyra Skybar.

In Lofsdalen there is good service through shops, restaurants, bakery and café, sports shop with rental of ski and mountain bike equipment, scooter rental, padel hall, bowling alley, playground, petrol etc. but still the charm of the genuine mountain village and rarely queues for the lifts with also favorable lift ticket prices - fjällvärlden's cheapest SEK 1,995 (adult 6 days 2023-2024). New SkiCenter - with Skilockers etc.

Ski in ski out / Bike in bike out via ski trail approx. 75 meters from the cabin, walking distance approx. 500 meters to cross-country trails/trail center/scooter trails and hiking trails from the cabin.
You go skiing in ski out - the trail at the Grillkåtan (the Grillkåtan is for the cabin owners and their guests).
The cottage is 140 sqm, a total of 8+2 beds. (The possibility of extra beds and cots is available - state this when booking).

The cottage: Large entrance hall with hat and shoe shelves. Next to the entrance, a large laundry room with washing machine, dryer, drying cabinet, clothes lines, worktop with sink, cleaning cabinet, central vacuum cleaner. The entire cabin has a hipped roof, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and TV corner with 65" Smart TV with – Chromecast - Telia Play basic range – Free CMore -HBOMax and 250 Wifi, with lovely wood burning stove, exit to large south-facing balcony, exit also directly from the relax.

The cabin has a barbecue place outside (barbecue also on the balcony in the summer season) and outdoor furniture for lovely days out, Smart TV with Chromecast and free Netflix-CMore-HBOMax and 250 Wifi, Soundbar, Bluetooth, Sauna, Wood stove, Underfloor heating, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Drying cabinet, Dryer-Washing lines for skis/clothes, Dishwasher, Stove and Built-in oven, Fridge, Freezer, Micro, Coffee maker, Kettle, Toaster, Sandwich grill, Waffle iron, Elvis etc.

External storage for skis etc.

We have charging boxes for Electric and Hybrid cars. NOTE WARNING normal electrical outlet must not be used for charging a car - as this is associated with a great risk of fire and cable melting in the walls, and as insurance does not cover this handling.
