Charming house in the heart of Österlen

Welcome to a newly built cabin in Skillinge, a small old fishing village at Österlen. The house is close to Skillinge Teater, the harbour and local restaurants. Take the bike or car to the long white beaches or why not to one of the many well known restaurants with freshly smoked fish and locally asparagus. Go to Simrishamn, 10 minutes by car, and enjoy the small summer city with cosy alleys and restaurants or to Brantevik, the village nearby.

The house has a modern style in combination with traditional white walls and a local touch. The fully equipped kitchen and living room are large and perfect for a larger family dinner or just hanging around with friends. In the summer why not use the barbeque and cook a fabulous dinner enjoyed outside?

There are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with two family beds. Each of them with a wider madras (120 cm) and one standard (90 cm). In addition there is one separate madras and sofa to use if needed.

The bathroom has a shower and is spacy.

New washing machine, dryer and dish washer. Fiber connection and wifi.

Two bicycles to lend if needed.
