Charming house near fantastic sandy beaches, cliffs and beautiful views, about 15 minutes’ walk to the water and with walking distance to Björnö nature reserve and Björkviksbrygga (jetty) with a popular restaurant and ice cream kiosk. Just 30 minutes from Stockholm city. Bus from Slussen stops 300 mts from the house.

A main building of 130m², 3 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds which during daytime functions as a sofa. Kitchen with dishwasher and dining table for 8 persons, 2 WC: s one with a shower, spacious living room with an open fireplace, dining room for 8 persons. A very large veranda in an unashamedly south facing position with outdoor furniture for at least 11 persons. Plot of 1,700m² with lawn and natural plot. Nice walking paths and possibilities for hiking in nearby nature reserve Björnöreservatet.
Inside Björnöreservatet´s entrance there is a Skogsmulle trail and parking from where a couple of easily accessible paths lead down to Torpesand´s lovely bathing spot with both cliff bathing and a long sandy beach. The jetty is adapted for wheelchairs and a 200 mts long snorkel trail with braille along the bottom. In many places within the reserve there are camping sites and natural harbours. Also kayak rental and a cabin for resting. During summer, people sunbathe in every cove, with boats moored in every bay.
Closeness to Gustavsberg, Sandhamn, Dalarö and other beautiful archipelagos together with a direct bus to Stockholm with its tourist attractions and experiences.
