House with sea view, Byrum, Löttorp-Öland

Summer house at scenic Mensalvaret (Swedish savannah) overlooking Kalmar Strait on the northwest of Öland. The house, located with some other buildings at “The Sun Heritage”, was built 2003 and is suitable for 4-5 people (Bunk bed for 3 with lower part 140 cm wide and sofa bed with 2 beds). It has a kitchen with full equipment including a microwave. There is a shower, toilet and a washing machine. The house's terrace is a wonderful and sheltered dining area where you can enjoy the sunset in the sea.

Flat, large, lawn and child-friendly plot with garden furniture and barbacue. On the back a small soccer field with 7-handed goals. You have direct access to the Alvarsmarken with a unique fauna/flora and the possibility of walking is available. The lessee with family is alone at the farm during the rental period.

The “Sun Heritage” is located about 900 meters walking distance from the sea and Byrums Sandvik where there is a beautiful sandy beach, which offers very good and child-friendly bathing facilities. In addition, the area has the beautiful “Raukar”, rock formations aside from the sandy beach, and surrounding nature. The island of Blå Jungfru (Blue Virgo) is located straight out into the Baltic Sea as a beautiful silhouette and boat tours are arranged there from Byxelkrok – 17 km away.

In the neighboring community Löttorp there are shops, restaurants, a medical center and a the state liqueur store (Systembolaget). In the neighborhood (within 10-20 km) There is the possibility of a variety of activities and culture such as golf, mini golf, horseback riding, fishing, kayaking, scuba diving, water slides, “lådbilslandet” (mini cars for kids), tennis, go-cart, hiking areas, iron age village, crafts and restaurants, etc.

Animals are not allowed or smoking indoors.

Note: Change of house on Sundays 12:00. Rental is only for whole weeks except for the midsummer weekend, see below.
