Lovely house within walking distance to the beach

Welcome to this modern summer cottage within walking distance to lovely Mellbystrand!

Here you can take a walk down to the beach to sunbathe, swim, walk among sand dunes and eat ice cream. In the evening, family and friends can gather around the grill on the patio and enjoy the holiday. The accommodation is close to the popular tourist and tennis resort of Båstad, as well as the summer town of Halmstad, with its lovely Tylösand.

Accommodation:
The house is bright and fresh, with modern amenities. There is a large living room with dining area and seating area, where a bed sofa is placed. There are two separate bedrooms, in one of them there is a proper bed sofa (140 cm), and in the other there are two single beds (which can be moved together). The bathroom is completely renovated with shower and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hot air oven and a new refrigerator and freezer.

You will also find a nice garden, as well as a large patio with outdoor furniture and grill.

The area:
The house is located in a relatively quiet area, with many other holiday homes and within walking distance to the beach. The place is also well-situated for travelling to other places along the west coast, such as Tylösand and Båstad. For the golfer there are also good opportunities nearby.

Getting here:
The easiest way to get here is with your own car, parking is available on the property. Public transport is also an option, buses run from Laholm and from Båstad.

Final cleaning, bed linen, towels and other consumables are not included.

Prepayment applies.
20% of the rent is to be paid at the time of the booking. The remainder is payable 60 days prior to arrival.

A deposit of SEK 2500 is payable in connection with the final payment, and is recovered shortly after check-out, provided that the cottage is left in a good condition.

Check-out/check-in: Sundays.
Check-out before 11:00, and check-in at 15:00 or later, unless agreed differently.

The cottage is only rented to attentive guests (references may be requested).
