A listed small house from the 19th century with unique location in central Strömstad.
6 beds (8 beds may be offered for added cost, see information below). Fully renovated to a modern standard, with retained historical charm & normal wear/tear (lower ceiling height than in modern houses)
An accommodation with proximity to everything, a few minutes walk to restaurants, bakeries / cafes, shopping, training & SPA facilities, evening entertainment, as well as the harbor where bathing-, excursion- and Koster island boats depart.

House with 3 bedrooms & 6 beds (all separate spring mattress beds), kitchen, living / reading room, TV room, and small sheltered garden.
- There is an additional 1 bedroom in a small adjacent building, that is not included (2 beds, separate spring mattress beds), can be available for rent upon inquiry.

Parking space on own lot with space for 2 cars (tight).
The house is not handicap-adapted. Pets and smoking NOT allowed.

Minimum age of tenants is 25 years. Children & adolescents only in the company of a legal guardian or equivalent.
For rent Saturday - Saturday or Sunday - Sunday (Note w25, midsummer & w26 differs some, see price list for details) Arribas from 4:00 pm, departure latest 11:00 am.

- The tenant is responsible for departure cleaning. (Cleaning equipment / materials are available in the house.) Some weeks cleaning service can be offered upon request, cost SEK 1,950. Bed linen and towels are NOT included (there is a requirement to bring your own if not rented - Bed linnen and towels can be rented to a cost of 250 SEK/person. The beds will then be made when guests arrive (not beach/outdoor use, guests bring their own).
Maximum number of tenants is the same as the number of beds (infants excluded - information about any infants should be provided at time of booking). Some exceptions for number of tenants during low season, see price list.
