High situated property with sea view

If you have your dog with you, please observe that between March 1 and August 20 dogs are not permitted to run free according to Swedish law.
Please, keep your dog leashed.

By car from Stockholm city, approx 1 hrs. By steamer from Stockholm, approx 1,5 hrs. There are approx 3 boats per dag. Parking for car available. Lervik pier 1 min from the house.

The main house has living room with fireplace, kitchen, one bedroom with single bed, one bedroom with small double bed, washroom and an enclosed veranda. Living room and veranda with sea view. The guest house has two single beds.

Two bicycles are available for guests to use.

Swimming is possible from a pebble beach 3 min from the property. There is also a public beach accessible by 8 min walk.

The water in the house is from our own well. The shower is in the basement. The toilet is in a nearby house. We ask that guests use water responsibly as the area has a water shortage.

The property is naturally divided into a higher part where the house is situated and a lower part with a second garden. A path connects these parts. Apart from this path there is a steep rock leading down to the lower part and a watchful eye should be kept on small children.


The closest super market, Favoriten, is in Margretelund, approx. 5 km away.

Wi-fi is available.

Bed linen and towels are not included.

Change of guests Saturdays. Checking out 11 o’clock, checking in 15 o’clock.

Guests are expected to clean up and tidy the house leaving it as they found it.
