Villa with spa, perfekt for visit Kolmården Zoo

A bright and pleasant villa 170 m2 with all the amenities you need as a base for a few days. There is plenty of space inside and two balconies where it is possible to enjoy sun or shade. If you want to take a small dip there is an outdoor spa for 6 adults. Light the fire on the gas grill, so you have the food cooked quickly.

If you want to visit Kolmårdens zoo, this is the perfect accommodation for you, only 30 minutes by car. Also excellent as a base when visiting Stadium sportscamp or excursions in Östergötland. In the winter stay at my house if you want to go downhill skiing at Yxbacken, only 20 min with car.

The villa is single-storey with basement. Excellent really hot days when the temperature in the basement remains comfortable. Six beds on the ground floor and another 4 in the basement. The sofa bed in the basement is for two people.

One block away is a Coop shop with the most necessary. Larger grocery store is one kilometer away in the form of Ica Kvantum and Lidl store. To the center it is 2 km. There are more fine restaurants and several nice malls. Both bus and tram are within 300 m distance.

Can highly recommend the restaurant Statsvakten if you like meat. Gourmet pub the Bishop Arms, with good and affordable food and lots of different kinds of beer. It is 5 star you are looking for to go to the restaurant Gin. For burgers there are Burgers and Bangers and opposite Härlig Pasta. For a nice evening hangout do not miss The Lamp Restaurant and their find courtyard. Other nice places are Enoteket and Kvarterskrogen Asken.

It is close to a public 50-meter outdoor pool on Himmelstalunds outdoor recreation area. Free entry.

Nature is close by, with both pleasant walks and tracks. Vrinnevi forest is 2.5 km away, there are several different marked trails at different lengths.

If you use a spa, fill with chemicals after use as instructed on site. Plastic glass is used if you want to bring some drinks into the spa. Guests have access to the entire house except for two storerooms and the garage where private things are stored.

House Rules:
No smoking indoors. Pets are welcome. No party or events in the house. We take off our outer shoes Indoors.Waste is thrown in black thin at the plot boundary before departure from the house.
Sheets and towels can be rented for SEK 100 / person. Tell us when you book. If you rent please remove the sheets and put them in the designated laundry basket. .
