Villa by the sea

Welcome to this classic fisherman's house on idyllic Klädesholmen!

Klädesholmen is the last outpost towards the sea in the west, and in the area there are nice walking paths, several bathing areas and beautiful views.

Play tennis by the water, go for a bath from the cliffs, grill on the patio with family and friends, bring the kids and fish crabs at the beach 350m away, rent a kayak and discover the archipelago - in this holiday paradise there is something for those seeking adventure, as well as those who are looking for peace and quite.

Accommodation:
The villa has a large south-facing balcony that faces Klädesholmens inlet, and here you have a modern grill. At the front of the house you will find a small garden with lawn and fence. In the north-west direction you will also find a smaller balcony with good chances to see beautiful sunsets. In the villa you can follow the sun all day, and you have a sea view from virtually every room!

Indoors, it is spacious and fresh, with modern amenities. There are also good seating areas, especially in the living room downstairs. Here, the whole party can join together. If there is someone who is musically gifted, there is also a piano here, and together with the fireplace, you can create a really cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is modern, equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, and as a bonus there is also a wood-fired cast iron oven, and of course there is also a dishwasher - so you do not have to make a schedule for the dishes! The two bathrooms are both equipped with a shower.

Upstairs, there are 3 regular beds, of which the master bedroom has a proper double bed, and two other separate bedrooms each have a single bed. Upstairs there are also two sofa beds, and they are placed in separate rooms as well. On the ground floor is a guest room with a 140 cm wide pull-out bed. In total, there are beds for 10 people.

The area:
In the area there are great opportunities for swimming and fishing, here, you have the ocean in every direction! Canoes can be rented nearby, and you can have your own boat trip between the islands. It is also close to a visit to popular Skärhamn, and scenic Dyrön with its beautiful hiking trails.

Getting here:
Here you can get both by your own car and by public transport. Buses depart from Steungsund. Car is the easier option though, and parking is available on the plot.

The final cleaning is done by the guests. Bed linen, towels and other consumables are not included.

Down-payment applies.
20% of the rent is payable at the time of booking. The remainder is payable 60 days prior to arrival.

A deposit of SEK 2500 is due in connection with the final payment, and is returned shortly after check-out, provided that cleaning and other is done as expected.

Arrival and departure on Sundays.
Check-out is before 11:00, and check-in is okey from 15:00, unless agreed otherwise.

The cottage is only rented to attentive guests (references may be requested).
