Summer house with own tongue of land

Dåderholmen a paradise island in the wonderful Roslagen archipelago outside Grovstanäs at the height of Furusund. An own peninsula with a private summer cottage, guest cottage and a nice sauna with a lovely view of a large bay in the southwest. Also an elevated dining area with wonderful sunsets in the northwest.
For swimming and boating there are 2 piers and sandy beach. Boat with motor included. There is also a jetty with its own buoy for private boats. On the mainland side there is also access to a boat ramp and free guarded parking which is included in the rent.
Located only 50 minutes drive from stockholmscity.
The living area is the main building 55 m2 as well as a guest house 25m2 and a sauna of 15m2

Directions:
E18 towards Norrtälje. After about 20km from Stockholm turn right towards Åkersberga and Furusund (road 276).
After about 40 km at Penningby, turn right
Furusund (road 278).
After about 4 km turn right at Grovstanässkylt.
Follow that road for about 1 km until Sandarnevägen, turn left onto this road.
Sandarnevägen ends at a boat club, park the car there.
We live on the other side of the bay.
