We love our nice and cozy house, which is part of a semi-detached house. All amenities are available, dishwasher, washing machine, sauna, 2 bathrooms, open fireplace and an outdoor hot tub.
The location is perfect in Sälen. You do not have to touch the car all week (or take a taxi from the airport) as the ski tracks are very close, you go to the lift and ICA Nära is a few hundred meters away.

We rent weekly, Sunday to Sunday, check-out 11.00 and check-in 15.00.

The house is 103 m2 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Newly built 2011.

The lower floor consists of:
Bedroom 1 - 1.80 cm double bed. New bed purchased in 2020.

A very well equipped kitchen, living room with large sofa, large TV and open fire place. Large bathroom with 2 showers, sauna and washing machine, dryer and drying cabinet.
Hall with a lot of storage.
Exit to the terrace and hot tub.

Upstairs consists of:
Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds 90 cm
Bedroom 3 - 1 single bed 1.20 cm
TV room with sofa bed.
Bathroom 2 toilet and shower.

The house is located about 700 m from Tandådalen's lift system and grocery store with views of lifts and slopes both in Tandådalen and Hundfjället. The easiest way to get to the Tandådalen-Hundfjället connection lift. Very close to the electric light track (length) that joins the Calf.

You must be at least 25 years old to rent our house. Smoking is prohibited, pets are allowed.
The house is adapted for 5 people.
