When you arrive at the land you are taken in by the beautiful sea view and the view of the Rönnen, which is a nature-protected peninsula. The only thing that disturbs the silence is the birds screaming and the wind puzzle in the trees. Or maybe your gaze is caught by the little thick seal that lies on the mountain in the bay, waving its tail as a greeting.
Or free-range cows grazing on a nature reserve next to the house.
The house has a furnished garden where you can enjoy the view or where you can eat food, enjoy games or read a book.
When you enter the house you reach a large kitchen-dining room, where there is a dining area for 4, but since there are extendable plates in the table, it can be extended to more if you get guests to eat.
The kitchen has the necessary things to make the cottage comfortable for you during your stay (see specification later)
From the kitchen you enter the living room, where the first thing you see is the charming fireplace. The living room is comfortably furnished with comfortable furniture. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed for 2 people. There is TV, DVD player and radio. Free channels from Sweden and Denmark and satellite TV with Astra are installed (German channels)
Next to the living room is the bedroom, which is furnished with double bed and wardrobes.
From the living room there is also access to the bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
We point out that the house is an older house from the 60s. It is heated with electric heat and wood. The heat pump can be set to air conditioning on hot days.
You should not expect a luxury house, but a house that works and offers many pleasant moments, proximity to many attractions and close to beautiful scenery.
The house is on a plot at the end of a closed road.
The garden is with trees and grass and there is only neighbor to two sides. The other sides face the sea and the field.
The house is located about 75 meters from the sea but undisturbed, as it is high on a corner plot with no neighbors to the east and south.
Under the house goes the Kullaleden trail kullaleden.se, which is part of the Skåneleden trail which is an over 1000 km track system through Skåne. The trail leads from Kärnan in Helsingborg and goes along the coast to Utvällinge (70 km).

Ideal for hiking or running along the beautiful coastline overlooking the Kullabygden and Bjäre peninsula.
The hill trail also passes through Rönnen, which is a bird sanctuary where many migratory birds are seen. If you are lucky you can see a Pilgrim Falcon.

There are also often seals on the rocks in the water.
As you move through the Rönnen you can also encounter the grazing cows that strangely look up as you pass.

If you are more in the sun and water you can swim from the bathing steps in the harbor in Häljaröd, and not cheat yourself for the most beautiful sunset from here.

You can also take the bike there via the Kattegatt Trail visitsweden.dk/kattegattleden Sweden's first national bicycle route at 390 km from Helsingborg to Gothenburg.
In 2018, the Kattegatt Trail won the award as this year's cycling route in Europe.
Farhultsbadet can also be reached by car, with parking by the beach.

You bring your own linen, towels, tea towels and kitchen towels.
If you want to rent this it costs 150 SEK per person.
It must be booked no later than 1 week before arrival at the house.

You are responsible for the final cleaning unless you have booked and prepaid this no later than 1 week before arrival.
Please note that smoking is not allowed indoors.
