Enjoy the best the archipelago has to offer. Very large, extremely
private lake side with considerable play areas, meadows, forest and long child-friendly sandy beach. Brand new protected dock facility in your own bay overlooking Furusundsleden. There is room for all friends' boats and of course sailboat depth. The wood-fired sauna is located right by the jetty with a ladder and offers lovely baths. Fishing waters directly adjacent to the property. Located on the island without a vehicle traffic or scheduled boat connection, which makes it very undisturbed and private.

The main building is located high on the top of a hill surrounded by a large deck and with glazed veranda with panoramic views of the fairway and boats. Four bedrooms with eight beds (including a double bed) in the main building plus three beds (one double bed) in the cosy guest house provide plenty of room for the large family as well as guests. The main building is well preserved by simple classic Swedish cottage design - fully equipped with hot water, shower and modern bio-toilet (separett) indoors. The kitchen offers full-size fridge and freezer, as well as induction stove and hot air oven for the discerning chef. And of course barbecue facilities outdoors. Wood-burning stove provides nice warmth to the whole house. Large TV with limited number of channels.

There is good mobile coverage in the property so it is possible to use mobile phone or internet with your own mobile internet.

Close to the historic Högmarsö with grocery store, café and small shops, restaurant Varvet and Furusunds Wärdshus. Short boat ride to nearby Ängsö National Park and Siarö Fort. In 30 minutes you are out in the outer archipelago enjoying sun-drenched cliffs.

Granö is best served by your own boat or water taxi. Transport (about 5 min) to and from the island on arrival and return trip is of course included. The drive from Stockholm takes about 45 minutes, parking at the boat harbour is available.
