Exclusive Summer Villa Cottage in the very heart of the lovely village Skillinge. With the sea just in front and of you and the soft characteristic green hills of Osterlen looking over your shoulder this house is the perfect stay for lazy summer days or for the one who would like to explore the area and maybe have a taste of all the amazing, authentic, local products. Bring your basket and go around the area to pick up your dinner or why not have a lunch by the sea bistro just a few steps away or simply take a relaxing sauna in the house and spend your afternoon in the blooming garden of the house reading a good book.
Breakfast you can have at the little piazza cafe near the little Church of the village all summer long or if you prefer on the the spacious terrace of your house where the morning sun greets you.
Please note that our cleaning service is professional and certified with hygenizend bed linens and towels washed and ironed professionally for the maximum comfort and freshness.

At the ground floor the Kitchen, Living room and 2 bedrooms (1 with 2 single beds)

at the first floor 1 bedroom, the studio with a fireplace and the bathroom with Sauna.

Outside, just by the main house there is another small cottage bedroom with a roll-out bed.

A large garden reaches around the house both in front and on the back of the house and wooden patios are placed both on the back and in front of the house in order to be able to enjoy the sun all day. In the back garden of the Cottage you will find also an Hot Tube where to relax after a lovely day on the beach near by, or after a excursion in the unique nature of this region.


The villa cottage is located in the center of the village with a little store, cafe and sea bistros close by, reached in a minute by foot.
The sauna is for the guest disposal inside of the villas main bathroom on the second floor.
A fireplace is on the second floor by the lounge area with sofas, tv, a balcony where you see the sails of the arriving boats and the sunset.
