Lakeside villa which also can be rented during winter with room for 2 persons. Private ground plot together with a pier. Air heat pump and a fireplace available in the house.
On the ground floor there is a living room, TV, fireplace, kitchen and a WC. On the first floor one bedroom with a double bed and TV.

THEN ONLY TOWELS AND BED LINEN HAVE TO BE PACKED AND YOUR HOLIDAY BEGINS!!!!


The price includes a boat (lifejacket included), motor available to rent for a fee of euro 90/week. The house was modernized in 2018, it is not permitted to smoke inside (it is nicer to be outside in the lovely nature). Towles and bed linen are not included. In Annelund (7km from the house, is the nearest town where you have the possibilities to an Ica supermarket and a Nattöppet. Also available, a shop together with a cheese factory, where you can buy cheese. About 15km further away you find a bank and some larger shops. The island is circa 7km long and 5km wide and amazing. There are ten islands where you can have a barbeque and go for a swim. There is fantastic fishing both during winter and summer, you can go hiking around the lake during summer and during winter you can go skiing. The town Ulricehamn, about 20km from the house offer six slopes for skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing. Golf course available about 15km away and miniature golf available 7km from the house. Several activities during summer and winter in the area.
