Seaside house in Gryt Archipelago

Seaside house of 60m², situated in the middle of Gryt archipelago. The house is located at the Lastarudden where goods were loaded with barges in the past. Here you have access to a rowing boat.

The house has two patios, with morning sunshine and with evening sunshine together with a lawn for games and socializing. The house consists of a kitchen combined with a living room in one. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed/2 bed and one with a bunk bed. One of the patios has a sofa/table/chair with infrared heating. Both patios have a dining table and chairs. A beautiful beak right down from the house with cliffs and grass, and a bathing ladder together with a patio for coffee breaks and such. Charging post available to rent for electric cars.

Gryt´s archipelago is well known for its beautiful nature. This dwelling is suitable for you who wish to enjoy the sea, go for a hike, ride a bicycle, or just hang out in nature or archipelago. As an addition Gryts Varv (boatyard) is located right beside the house, a modern marina with restaurant, ice cream kiosk and dance and music evenings twice a week. There are possibilities to rent kayaks, go on Båtslingan and go to Harstena and Häradsskär lighthouse. As your neighbour on the other side of the meadow is Kärlekens trädgård (the garden of love) with a large display garden of flowers, trees and art. In Fyrudden is a grocery store and a restaurant. Gryts Handelsträdgård (commercial garden) has home grown vegetables, strawberries and flowers. At Eköns camping site you can go for a swim, sunbathe on the cliffs or play miniature golf. At Sandgärdet, there is a swimming spot with a sandy beach, jetty and a shallow bathing beach for the little ones.

From the house you can also make a day trip of about 1,5 hours to Kolmården Zoo, Astrid Lindgren's World, Västerviks Upplevelsebad etc.


Road description:
Drive to Valdemarsvik. Continue towards Gryt. In Gryt there is a signpost Gryts Varv, Breviksnäs – turn right. Continue for about 6km. Turn left at signpost Gryts Varv. At the entrance to Gryts Varv there are two lighthouses and a sign Lastarudden. Turn left onto a gravel road. Continuing on the road, at the end is the house Havsstugan.
