Charming lakeside cottage in beautiful nature

This cosy cottage is privately located with the forest at the back, and with a view over beautiful natural pastures as taken out of Astrid Lindgren´s fairy tales.
In the garden there is a small natural pond. If you walk through the garden out through the forest, about 500 mts you will reach Lake Älvasjön with northern pike, perch, and great whitefish. The lake is a spring lake with a depth of 21 mts.
You have access to a large Canadian canoe. If you are lucky when out on the lake you might hear the sound from the black-throated diver that nests in the area. Fishing rights to the lake are included in the rent.

The cottage´s ground floor consists of a kitchen, an all-new bathroom, living room with an open fireplace, hallway and one bedroom with a double bed.

The first floor is brand new. There are 3 beds in an open room with snug corners.

Påarp 19km with its popular sea trout fishing.
Tylösand 28km with its long and well visited sandy beach with a rich supply of restaurants, night clubs, concerts etc.
Halmstad city centre is 18km with lovely shopping and rich nightlife. Simlångsdalen 3km with a grocery store, pizza place, street food stand, restaurant etc.
Walking distance to Danskafall and Gårdshult´s nature reserve with lovely hiking trails.
From the cottage it's near to several walking, bicycle, and horse-riding tracks.
