Newly built holiday dream 150 m from the Åland Sea

Newly built villa (holiday home) just 150 m from the sea on the coast on the Hållnäs peninsula.
Year-round accommodation close to water and nature with a few boathouses as a neighbor, small private road leads down to the bay and you follow a path through the forest down to your own pier. Launch ramp for boat trailer 300 m away.

In the house there are three separate bedrooms, of which 2 with double bed, a smaller with bunk bed / family bed and a sofa bed.
Bathroom with toilet, shower. Modern kitchen with full equipment.

On the plot there are several patios, wooden deck, wood-fired sauna, outdoor shower and lawn.

Close to many excursion destinations such as idyllic fishing villages and nature reserves. Beautiful surroundings for walks and bike rides. Sea bath ex. at Slada harbor and it is possible to take a dip below the cottage at your own pier (shallow).

Sport fishing waters autumn, winter and spring with sea trout near land and fishing can take place both from land and boat. More fish in the waters are pike, perch and pikeperch, the period May and June is best for herring. 300 m to launching ramp for boat trailers.

By car you can reach within an hour eg Öregrund, Lövsta Mill, Furuviksparken.
About 5 km to the nearest grocery store, it is located on the road to the cottage.

Two adult bikes are available to borrow.
